Flagrant Fouls

5:02 3^rd Quarter – Referees Tony Brothers, Kane Fitzgerald, and Eli Roe communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Mavericks Devin Harris was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Harris’ foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Harris was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
