8:53 4th Quarter – Referees Bennett Salvatore, Nick Buchert, and John Goble communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Raptors Louis Williams was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Williams’ foul met the criteria for a clear path foul and Williams was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
