Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
9:38 2nd Quarter – Referees Monty McCutchen, Derrick Collins, and Michael Smith communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Clippers Hedo Turkoglu was called for a foul. After the review the referees ruled that Turkoglu’s foul did meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Turkoglu was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
