Flagrant Fouls
3:42 2nd Quarter – Referees Ron Garretson, Leon Wood, and Gary Zielinski communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Suns Markieff Morris. After the review the referees ruled that Morris’ foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Morris was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
