1:18 3rd Quarter – Referees Zach Zarba, Nick Buchert, and Curtis Blair communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Thunder’s Kendrick Perkins was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that the Perkins’ foul met the criteria for a clear path foul and Perkins was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
