Flagrant Fouls

1:56 1^st Quarter-Referees Bill Kennedy, Derrick Collins, and Derek Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Jazz’s Joe Ingles was called for a foul.  After the review Ingles was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty not a flagrant foul.
