Flagrant Fouls
00:48.6 3rd Quarter – Referees Mike Callahan, Dedric Taylor and Scott Wall communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Pacer’s Roy Hibbert was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Hibbert’s foul did meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
