Flagrant Fouls

4:45 3^rd Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, Bennie Adams and Derrick Collins communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Thunder’s Kevin Durant was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Durant’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
