Flagrant Fouls

00:45.9 4^th Quarter – Referees Zach Zarba, David Guthrie and Haywoode Workman communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Warrior’s Harrison Barnes was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that the foul by Barnes did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
