Flagrant Fouls
4:08 2nd Quarter – Referees Zach Zarba, Mark Lindsay, and Ben Taylor communicated with the Replay Center after the Pacers David West was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that West’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and West was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
