Flagrant Fouls
00:52.1 3rd Quarter – Referees Bill Spooner, Tony Brown, and Lauren Holtkamp communicated with the Replay Center after the Trail Blazers Meyers Leonard was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Leonard’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Leonard was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
