Off-Ball Fouls
1:05 2nd Quarter-Referees Monty McCutchen, Courtney Kirkland, and Violet Palmer communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Nuggets Wilson Chandler took place prior to the field goal make by the Thunder’s Kevin Durant. Initially the referees ruled that Durant was in his upward shooting motion before the foul was called on Chandler, however after the review the call was overturned and Durant’s basket was the negated.
