11:04 3rd Quarter-Referees Monty McCutchen, Courtney Kirkland, and Violet Palmer communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Thunder’s Kevin Durant was called for a foul. After the review Durant was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
