Off-Ball Fouls
9:24 3rd Quarter-Referees Monty McCutchen, Courtney Kirkland, and Violet Palmer communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Nuggets Wilson Chandler took place prior to the Thunder’s Andre Roberson releasing his inbound pass. Initially the referees ruled that Chandler’s foul was committed before Roberson released his inbound pass and after the review the call was upheld.
