1:41 3rd Quarter – OFF-BALL FOUL TIMING -The crew communicated with Replay Center Official Brandon Adair to determine if the foul occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion. After review, the ruling was the foul occurred prior to the upwards shooting motion.
