Off-Ball Fouls
11:09 2nd Quarter-Referees Monty McCutchen, Tony Brown, and Marat Kogut communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the field goal attempt by the Spurs Manu Ginobili was released before or after the off ball foul committed by the Suns Eric Bledsoe. Initially the referees ruled that Bledsoe’s foul took place before the shot attempt by Ginobili and after the review the call was upheld.
