Flagrant Fouls

6:28 2^nd Quarter-Referees Ron Garretson, Brian Forte, and Derek Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Raptors Greg Stiemsma was called for a foul.  After the review Stiemsma was assessed a  flagrant foul type 1 as the penalty.
