11:16 4th Quarter-Referees Ron Garretson, Brian Forte, and Derek Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the foul was assessed against the Thunder’s Reggie Jackson. After the review Jackson was assessed a common foul not a clear path foul.
