Flagrant Fouls

3:31 2^nd Quarter-Referees Bill Spooner, Mitchell Ervin, and Gary Zielinski communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Hawks Jeff Teague was called for a foul.  After the review Teague was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
