Flagrant Fouls

5:47 4^th Quarter-Referees Monty McCutchen, Marat Kogut, and Mark Lindsay communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Grizzlies Zach Randolph was called for a foul.  After the review Randolph was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
