Out-of-Bounds Plays

1:00 4^th Quarter- Referees Monty McCutchen, Marat Kogut, and Mark Lindsay communicated with the Replay Center to determine who possession should belong to after the ball was knocked out of bounds.  Initially the referees awarded possession to the Thunder and after the review the call was upheld.
