Flagrant Fouls

00:04.4 1^st Quarter-Referees Derrick Stafford, Leroy Richardson, and Scott Twardoski communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Nuggets Darrell Arthur was called for a foul.  After the review Arthur was assessed a flagrant foul type 2 ejection.
