Flagrant Fouls

3:39 2^nd Quarter-Referees Tony Brothers, Bennie Adams, and Dedric Taylor communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Raptors Jonas Valanciunas was called for a foul.  After the review Valanciunas was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
