Off-Ball Fouls
3:25 3rd Quarter-Referees Marc Davis, Mark Ayotte, and James Williams communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off ball foul committed by the Heat’s Mario Chalmers took place before the shot attempt by the Mavericks Jameer Nelson. Initially the referees ruled that Nelson gathered for his shot attempt before the foul by Chalmers was committed and after the review the call was upheld.
