Flagrant Fouls

7:13 4^th Quarter- Referees James Capers, Steve Anderson, and Sean Corbin communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Trail Blazers Steve Blake was called for a foul.  After the review Blake was assessed a flagrant foul type 1.
