Flagrant Fouls

3:09 1^st Quarter-Referees Marc Davis, Lauren Holtkamp, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Raptors Tyler Hansbrough was called for a foul.  After the review Hansbrough was assessed a flagrant foul type 1.
