Flagrant Fouls
3:33 2nd Quarter – Referees Derrick Stafford, Nick Buchert, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Mavericks Devin Harris was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Harris’ foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Harris was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
