Flagrant Fouls
7:51 3rd Quarter – Referees Derrick Stafford, Nick Buchert, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Rockets James Harden was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Harden’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Harden was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
