Flagrant Fouls

4:31 2^nd Quarter – Referees Bill Spooner, Kane Fitzgerald, an Marat Kogut communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Kings DeMarcus Cousins was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Cousins’ foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Cousins was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
