Off-Ball Fouls
8:37 3rd Quarter – Referees Bill Spooner, Kane Fitzgerald, an Marat Kogut communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether the off-ball foul committed by the Kings DeMarcus Cousins took place prior to the field goal make by the Celtics Marcus Smart. Initially the referees ruled that Smart was in his upward shooting motion before the foul was called on Cousins, however after review the call was overturned and Smart’s field goal was negated.
