Flagrant Fouls

5:43 3^rd Quarter – Referees David Jones, Brian Forte and Dedric Taylor communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Thunder’s Serge Ibaka was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Ibaka’s foul did meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
