Flagrant Fouls
11:16 4th Quarter – Referees David Jones, Brian Forte and Dedric Taylor communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Hornet’s Marvin Williams was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Williams foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
