Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
10:00 4th Quarter – Referees Joe Crawford, James Williams and Leon Wood communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Raptor’s DeMar DeRozan was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that DeRozan’s foul did meet the criteria for a clear path foul and was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
