Off-Ball Fouls
3:35 2nd Quarter-Referees Monty McCutchen, Sean Corbin, and Scott Twardoski communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Warriors Harrison Barnes took place before the Pacers Solomon Hill was in his upward shooting motion. Initially the referees ruled that Hill was in his shooting motion prior to Barnes committing the foul, however after the review the call was overturned and Hill’s basket was then negated.
