Flagrant Fouls
7:42 2nd Quarter-Referees Zach Zarba, Curtis Blair, and David Guthrie communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Thunder’s Serge Ibaka was called for a foul. After the review Ibaka was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
