3:03 3rd Quarter-Referees Jason Phillips, Marat Kogut, and Leroy Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Trail Blazers Chris Kaman was called for a foul. After the review Kaman was assessed a common foul not a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
