Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
2:40 1st Quarter – Referees Monty McCutchen, Brent Barnaky, and Gary Zielinski communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Bulls Mike Dunleavy was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Dunleavy’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Dunleavy was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
