Off-Ball Fouls
5:11 4th Quarter-Referees Bennett Salvatore, Brian Forte, and Pat Fraher communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off ball foul committed by the Mavericks Monta Ellis took place prior the Raptors DeMar DeRozan starting his shooting motion. Initially the referees ruled that DeRozan started his shooting motion before the foul was committed by Ellis, however after the review the call was overturned and DeRozan’s basket was negated.
