Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

8:47 2^nd Quarter – Referees Sean Corbin, Derek Richardson, and James Williams communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Wizards Ramon Sessions was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Sessions’ foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Sessions was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
