Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
2:24 3rd Quarter- Referees David Jones, Eli Roe, and Gary Zielinski communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Hornets Mo Williams was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Williams’ foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Williams was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
