Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

2:28 4^th Quarter – Referees Tony Brothers, Derrick Collins, and Haywoode Workman communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Bulls Joakim Noah was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Noah’s foul met the criteria for a clear path foul and Noah was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
