2:08 3rd Quarter – Referees Danny Crawford, Tony Brown, and Michael Smith communicated with the Replay Center after a potential hostile act by the Rockets James Harden. After review the referees ruled that Harden’s act met the criteria for a flagrant foul and Harden was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
