00:02.4 2nd Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, Mark Ayotte, and JT Orr communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Blazers Robin Lopez. After review the referees ruled that Lopez’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and Lopez was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
