Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
2:13 3rd Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, Mark Ayotte, and JT Orr communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Blazers Arron Afflalo. After review the referees ruled that Afflalo’s foul met the criteria for a clear path foul and Afflalo was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
