Out-of-Bounds Plays

1:07 4^th Quarter- Referees Ron Garretson, David Guthrie, and Dedric Taylor communicated with the Replay Center to determine who possession should belong to after the ball was knocked out of bounds.  Initially the referees awarded possession to the Pelicans and after the review the call was upheld.
