Flagrant Fouls

March, 2nd 2015

8:39 4^th Quarter- Referees Marc Davis, Brent Barnaky, and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the 76ers Nerlens Noel met the criteria for a flagrant foul.  After the review Noel was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul as the foul penalty.
