Flagrant Fouls

March, 4th 2015

2:07 1^st Quarter – Referees Tom Washington, Tony Brown and Lauren Holtkamp communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Pacers David West. After review the referees determined that West’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and West was assessed a technical foul as the foul penalty.
