Flagrant Fouls

2:10 2^nd Quarter-Referees Zach Zarba, Derrick Collins, and Karl Lane communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Pistons Josh Smith was called for a foul.  After the review Smith was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
