Flagrant Fouls
00:18.8 1st Quarter – Referees Jason Phillips, Haywoode Workman and Sean Wright communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on Jonas Valanciunas. After review the referees determined that Valanciuna’s foul met the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
