Flagrant Fouls
4:46 2nd Quarter – Referees Jason Phillips, Mark Ayotte and Haywoode Workman communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after a foul was called on the Wizards Nene. After review the referees determined that Nene’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
